Surely you had to copy or move some big files, let’s say: a movie or DVD image, from one partition to another on the same hard disk, and you have experienced a slow down in your Pc’s performances until the end of the transfer, which is a long time.
Here is an example: copying a DVD image of 4.3Gb

I used to have that problem until i found BurstCopy, it’s a hard-drive accelerator that significantly increases file transfer speed.

The acceleration’s done by using a portion of your physical memory -a buffer- to do the transfer, so the program will read some Megabytes from your source file in the first partition to the buffer and then write it to the destination file in the other partition, that’s the trick!

As you can see in my example the transfer needs 15 minutes using the normal way and will take just 4 minutes using burstcopy.

Also BurstCopy transfers seem very silent on typically noisy hard-drives.
